The Gym is a 14,500 sq. ft. facility that includes state of the art cardio and strength training equipment. Whether you custom design your own work outs, attend the array of classes offered, or wish to talk to one of our Personal Trainers or Wellness Team, the Gym facilities cover it all.

The Pit

Enter the 2,400 sq. ft. strength training area and be prepared to be blown away. Whether you are a novice or advanced weightlifter, the “Pit” has what you need. Stocked with Nautilus, free weights, the Monolith, competition benches, squat racks, Smith machine, leg press, hack squat, the T Bar row, and power lifting equipment – you won’t believe it until you see it yourself.

The Pool +

We are pleased to provide the only saltwater facility in the area. Whether you are there for the Aquafit classes or just a swim, you will thrive on the water therapy, but we don’t stop there; come in and enjoy the hot tub and steam room – all part of your Gym membership.

Cardio and Core

We have 2,300 sq. ft. of floor space dedicated strictly to our cardio and core program, an integral part of any training regime. Our equipment includes elliptical trainers, bikes and spin bikes, stair masters, treadmills and ergo rowers. There is indeed something for everyone, and again for all levels from the novice to the advanced training systems.

Training and Studio Rooms

There are two large and private training rooms that house a multitude of classes all included in your Gym membership ranging from Yoga, Zumba, HIT, Boot Camps, Aerobics. Check out more class details and the schedule and also feel free to use the rear studio for your own custom workouts when it is free.

Studio 2 is dedicated to the Fit4Her program; exclusively for women only. The gym also has small private room for use with our staff, personal trainers and the Wellness Team.


The café is the perfect spot to relax and have a coffee or smoothie with friends and fellow Gym members after a work-out.
